Using a specific set of review criteria, each team will be asked to review another 310 team’s initial website and social channels. This exercise is designed to demonstrate the quality assurance process organizations go through as they create and launch digital channels. Teams will evaluate a peer teams’ preliminary website, Facebook page, and Instagram page setup.

This is an in-class activity and counts toward participation points. The goal is to wrap up this activity by Mon, Sep 30.

Step 1: Find out which team you have been assigned to (see below)

Step 2: Access your assigned team’s website, Facebook and Instagram pages (if social media links are not visible or connected to their site, please ask the team to provide you with the URLs so you can complete your review)

Step 3: Upload the Partner Team Exercise Worksheet to your team’s shared Google folder so you can all access and contribute to it at the same time. Go through the checklist provided in the template and make notes along the way as you review their materials

Step 4: Share your assessment with the team you were partnered with via hard copy or email. Please also cc me at rebecca.cooney@wsu.edu
